Very professional and welcoming
This particular office is horrible. The director Samantha Higgins Taino is a horrible person all she does is try and make it harder for people who actually show effort and a love and interest in getting their kids back. They do NOT keep people informed on the moves they make and clearly act out of spite of something is done or said that they don't like and use every little thing against you.
