Hairdresser was not good with my child at all. She didn’t even try to comfort him when he was crying nonstop. I had to stop the haircut because of how uncomfortable my child felt.
I was really disappointed with the haircut and the hairdresser’s attitude. She didn’t even offer to dry my daughter’s hair after finishing the cut—I had to ask her myself. The customer service was terrible.
Hairstylist Nicole is super friendly and has done a great job with my son. My son has come in time and time again and has a hard time with having to get his haircut, she has been calm and patient. This place is clean and always busy with families.
