My experience with the receptionist, was very disappointing. Her responses felt dismissive and rude, which left me feeling ignored and uncomfortable. Parents bringing sick children to the clinic are already facing a very challenging time. They should be treated with respect and receive professional care. It’s important to remember that no matter how excellent the doctor’s care is, a single receptionist can ruin the entire clinic experience.
Dr. Zwicker was amazing with my daughter, she truly hates talking at appointments. But she felt comfortable the whole time. We were not rushed, she listened to everything we had to say even if it had nothing to do with the problem. We walked out feeling like there was hope, but also with a Smiling Teenager.
Dr. Zwicker is amazing! My daughter who is normally scared of doctors and shy opened up at the very first visit when Dr. Zwicker got down to her level and started to play with her. Something no other doctor we’ve seen had ever done. She takes her time and gets to know the child and family. She also does a lot of teaching and explaining things which I love and is always willing to answer all questions. Her staff is very nice and help as well.
