Called yesterday to confirm apt for today was told my husband could go back with him and if not I said to cancel they put me on hold then came back and said yes he could went for the apt today and they would NOT let my husband go back with him they lie to you every chance they can I will be looking for a new dentist for my family!!!!!!
Dr. Mai is amazing. She explaines everything in detail along with showing why a procedure is necessary or may be in the near future. This way a patient is not caught off gaurd when told the procedure/ treatment is needed. The staff is very kind and helpful as well. They all have the patience of an angel. 1 of my children is special needs, at one time he was afraid of being seen by a dentist. The staff goes out of their way to make sure he feels comfortable and answers all of his inquisitive questions. He now looks forward to... read more
Dr. Mai was really great with my kids. She kept them calm and was sweet. Her work is also holding up on the kiddos teeth. However, the wait is really long to be seen. You have to wait about an hour to be seen.
