Dr. Richman is amazing (she deserves 5 stars). However, her office manager/insurance person has been very unpleasant to deal with since my last child was born 5 years ago. She has talked down to me, cut me off when I talk and has questioned me about my personal situation and proceeded to tell me commercial insurance is not combined with Medicaid. I think it's important to inform other parents of Kidschoices frustrating cancellation policy. If you try to call on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday to cancel an appointment for Monday, you cant because they are closed. When they are closed, you can't leave a message with them. There's a notice of their hours and then they drop the call. They don't give you an option to cancel or provide any information on how to cancel. We had an appointment for a Monday. We called on Friday to cancel, we tried Saturday and Sunday to cancel. B... read more
