Originally, Kids Zone is a place I would refer anyone to. I liked all of their practitioners; however, slowly the practice has changed. I currently have a substantial credit to my account and have been trying for over 3 months to get that amount sent back to me. I received a very rude email from Jordan Childs stating they have no obligations or contract with my insurance along with other excuses. I absolutely love Mrs. Debbie Butler but the front desk manager is Very Rude ,, she comes off as prejudice to certain people . I would call she always always always trying to make me pay for something for example if I’m scheduled for a telecom appointment and the Doctor doesn’t call she will turn around and make it a no call no show when that’s not my fault and she has done that twice !
