I'm very disappointed with my experience at this location. The waiting room was empty...we were the only patients there...but the doctor took a break and ate a snack behind the front counter, chatting with the lady at the front desk while we waited with my daughter's arm out of place and in significant pain. When he finished his snack he took us to the evaluation room. He diagnosed my daughter with Nursemaids Elbow, which is very common in children. This location is a great option for after hours pediatric care. We were very impressed with the office and medical staff. Care was timely and thorough. They couldn’t be nicer!
Quick and expert service from a friendly staff. So nice to have this option close to home when the pediatrician isn't available.
Thank you Kids Time East Cobb! We have visited several times and each time the front office staff, nurses and physicians have all been great! Dr. Perry was very thorough today! They truly look out for the kids and make sure they get the best treatment all while explaining it to the parents. Service is their main thing! ����
We have had to go here a few times when our pediatrician was closed. Had excellent experiences every single time. So convenient and quick. Front desk staff and doctors have been so nice and great with the kids. I am so thankful to know there is an after hours place, just in case my kids need it!
I have been to this location quite a few times and the doctors, nurses, and administrative staff are all great. They are efficient and deal quickly with the situation. I had a respiratory arrest and they quickly treated and transferred me to the ER. It was well handled with a level of calm professionalism. If you are going there, I would suggest going before opening and waiting outside so you can be treated first. They do not have X-ray facilities, but for after hour pediatric visits it is perfect.
