I had a very concerning experience with Kids Thrive Pediatric Mental Health Center. There were ongoing health and safety issues that were not properly addressed, including staff vaping in classrooms in front of children, the presence of mold, and other unsafe conditions. These concerns were repeatedly brought to attention but not resolved in a timely or appropriate manner.
