We showed up for our doctors appointment. No one was here. When someone finally came to unlock the door, they didn’t greet us or apologize for making us wait. Or even open the door. Our appointment was scheduled for 8:45 AM, and we arrived 5 minutes early. We were checked in and placed in an exam room right away, but then waited 35 minutes with no sign of the doctor. The office was not busy at all—we were the only patients when we arrived. After waiting, I asked the staff when the doctor would be coming and was told "shortly." Used to love this place, but it turned out to be really disappointing. Arrived before the office even opened and being checked in for the first patient, but waited for an hour to be seen. The whole process was not thorough and took less than 5 minutes. Highly not recommended this place.
Very super bad service i just don’t recommend this place they are not professionals, im calling to schedule vaccine appointment for my son and all the time sistem is down and never answer calls
The front staff was really helpful rescheduling an appointment that was made at the wrong office. I felt heard and seen. This office has always made me feel welcome. Thank you!
