Great Clinic, very clean
My first experience time here and it was a terrible experience. They confirmed our 2pm appointment with Dr. Aziz only to inform me they haven’t seen him for 6months. So why make me drive all the way from the valley to Santa Monica then inform me that the assigned pcp no longer works there. We spent another 2hrs trying to change the pcp with the billing and insurance company on phone. Dr. Kim has been awesome to my kids. She listens to them and helps them understand what is happening to their bodies.
I have been looking for a new doctor office for my son, and we found kids and teen medical center. Diana at the front desk is so polite and friendly. The office has nice kid friendly decor. Dr. Kim is amazing and the way she was explaining health to my 10 year was great. I’m so glad I found this doctor office more closer to home.
