Review for the facility. The lobby is SO hot. How difficult will be to install air air-conditioning in the lobby where people have to wait? I’ve been here 3 times already and it’s been so unbearably hot. And the fact that the waits are SO long makes it so much worse.
The clinic itself is ok. But the admin part is ridiculous. My son had a lab sample taken in office and after not hearing anything for weeks I checked his portal. No sign of the lab. Called the office for weeks trying to get answers. I can't tell you how tired I am of hearing "let me check into this". And being called back when told I will be called back for anything, a joke. Was told multiple times for various reasons I would be called back, never happened once. I am switching offices. Only positive, people were nice.
It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Patel. She was very approachable. I was able to express my concerns and actually felt like she listened and I did not feel rushed.
