The clinic itself is ok. But the admin part is ridiculous. My son had a lab sample taken in office and after not hearing anything for weeks I checked his portal. No sign of the lab. Called the office for weeks trying to get answers. I can't tell you how tired I am of hearing "let me check into this". And being called back when told I will be called back for anything, a joke. Was told multiple times for various reasons I would be called back, never happened once. I am switching offices. Only positive, people were nice.
It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Patel. She was very approachable. I was able to express my concerns and actually felt like she listened and I did not feel rushed.

Desde que comencé a visitar la clínica le han brindado un excelente tratamiento a mi bebé. Son muy amables las doctoras y las enfermeras. No tengo quejas y lo recomiendo mucho
Dr Lisa Gutierrez is the best hands down attentive, she doesn’t make you feel rushed, great staff and friendly great with any questions parents have and they even offer informational papers
