My PCP is at the Downey location but due to the appointment availability I had to go to the Pico Rivera location. This is my 4th time here and I love this location . The staff is very friendly and Dr. Ungs is a good doctor. She answered all my questions and was very friendly . I will definitely come back here
I’m thinking about maybe looking for another pediatrician I’ve been to Downey and Pico Rivera and on both they chose to not give my son any medication because they don’t think it’s mandatory. Seems to me that they just don’t want to prescribe any medication not even Tylenol.
Love bringing my kids to kids&teens because of Dr.Ungs! She’s the best! Really long wait, front staff could improve but we keep coming back because of Dr.Ungs.
Making the appointment was quick and easy, and the wait time was minimal. The doctor was attentive, patient, and truly listened to my concerns about my child’s health, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care we received.
