Pésimo el servicio al cliente de este lugar desde cuando entras se siente la energía tan mala especialmente si está presente la Sra. Paty la verdad no sé porque se dedica a esta profesión si le teme que le llegue clientes. Luego si no tienes una cita no te atienden. Les recomiendo otro lugar donde tengan mejor servicio al cliente.

I’ve visited this kids’ salon several times, and unfortunately the environment has consistently felt uncomfortable. On one of our last appointments, we specifically booked with Sofia because she truly listened and made sure I, as the parent, felt comfortable with the process. During one visit, I arrived and overheard staff discussing my children, which was very unsettling. It seemed there was frustration about me requesting a specific stylist. We called at 1:15 p.m. to find out if it had an appointment available. We were told 2:15 so 1 hour later. We showed up and as soon as we went in we're told that they were running behind and it would be about an hour wait. Amazing

I needed a haircut for my son done asap, and they helped out alot for being my son's 1st visit Its a decent place but a few thing didn't sit with me well. Unorganized. I called for an appointment at 10am and my son wasn't seen until 30 min later. Eveytime the phone rings, one of the barbers drops what they are doing to answer. Delaying the haircut even more. They only take cash. I usually don't carry cash, but this one time I did and it saved my life. They dont take debit or credit. Make sure to put your name on the sign up ... read more
