If I could give zero stars I would. I was hesitant to buy from a company I never heard of, but was desperate because no one else had the toy in stock. It arrived quickly, but is clearly used. It has stains all over it, and dirt on the back (this is a plush toy). No tags on it and no packaging. I tried to clean it unsuccessfully. Now here I am on Christmas Eve trying to find a replacement toy from Santa.
