They are horrible. I normally don't leave reviews but I'm aggravated. They make appointments, confirm appointments and then cancel/double book the appointments. They are supposed to be caring for the kids but they are unorganized and irresponsible. Parents expect organization within a Dr's office and they do not have it.

ChatGPT I regret to say that my recent experience at Kids SPOT was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the place reeked of stale urine—a smell that persisted throughout the entire facility. The cleanliness was appalling; I noticed broken and taped-up toys, dirty toilets, and mats that clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. How can they claim to provide therapy in such conditions? I must say kim at the front desk, speech therapist Lilly and Christina, and occupational therapist maggie are thee ONLY reason I continue to go there the phones are always busy and your placed on hold more Than once to be told they're checking in other patients why don't you guys have a system to where someone just handles the incoming calls and the restrooms seriously need to .be updated and checked for they are DISGUSTING kids are in and out til 6 30p someone should be monitoring the amount of overflow of the trash and c... read more
