I took my 10 year old grandson for his checkup and it was a very positive experience for both of us. The waiting room was colorful and the staff was very cheerful! The children and families were comfortable while waiting to see the dentist. The kids could play on various tablets, or watch a movie on the big screen! We went to Kids Smiles for my daughter’s frenectomy and most of our experience was wonderful! They communicated well about postoperative stretches, made us feel comfortable, and were very gentle with her. I only wish they would’ve made sure we knew about pain management for my daughter before we left. I was told there wouldn’t be as much pain because they use a laser; however, I didn’t realize I was supposed to start pain medicine for her right after the operation until I got home and looked at the page on their website abou... read more
