They changed dentists at this office and never informed us that the new dentist doesn’t accept our insurance. So we drove 45 minutes there for our regular check up only to be turned away or told we had to pay out of pocket. Somebody at this office failed to do their job and cost myself and my kids the better part of a day. The insurance company even seemed confused about how this played out.
