RecommendedGreat staff, answered all my questions (and I had a lot!) The dentist helped me understand what options I had, and what actions would be required if our child was uncooperative. She was responsive to my concerns and assured me of the safety of their equipment. No extra fees or unnecessary treatments , reasonably priced, and so helpful! I had my distractions with my three toddlers and they were kind about it! Only thing they could improve, data entry. But we took care of it with kindness!
Great support staff! However I cannot say the same about the doctor (Dr. Sing, I believe as he did not properly introduce himself). The doctor has extremely POOR bedside manner, is extremely rude, and doesn't even look you in the eye when explaining things. He did not acknowledge my child and only increased the fear of dentists for her. This doctor is the sole reason I will not be returning to this facility. It's sad, considering he has a lovely support staff, maybe he should take some lessons.
Highly recommend Dr. Sam Suliman! Great Orthodontist! We just love this place. Love the staff! And the cleanliness of this office. Quick visits, not like other offices in town that you wait forever. Thanks guys for your friendly service.
