I’m really disappointed with the phone experience I had when calling about my daughter’s appointment. I had recently rescheduled her dentist appointment and later realized that I may have changed the time. I know I did not cancel it. I LOVE this dentist office. The under the sea theme is so colorful; and I just know it makes children feel like they are supposed to be there. And the outdoor play area? That’s my favorite part. And then the kids get a special token and are able to pick a prize after treatment. The staff are amazing. My son’s Dentist, Dr. Diana and her assistant are extremely attentive and provide outstanding professional care. I also found that the prices here are not insane, which I also appreciate.
