My first experience with Kids Rock was excellent. However, the second one wasn't as expected, unfortunately! I asked the dentist not to put the crowns on my sons teeth, filling only. He said that he would not if the hole was small. And then, a few moments later, I saw how my son was crying and wiggling, trying to escape a painful procedure. Dr. Kitley and the staff at Kids Rock are absolutely amazing. Our two-month old daughter had a tongue and lip tie which we had been told wasn’t too severe by other doctors. Dr. Kitley listened to our struggles with feeding our baby and took them to heart. He assessed the situation and advised lasering her tongue and lip, which he deemed were severe ties. Drs. Kitley and A are so great along with all the staff and especially the hygienists! We've never had a bad experience at the office and always look forward to our appointments!
Dr. Kitley is a rockstar. Literally and figuratively. Stephanie is amazing. My boy turns it up to 11 when struggling through the process. Dr. Kitley and his team are unbelievable at being professional through everything, especially when cooperation is a problem. I can’t recommend highly enough.
