Super kind staff, especially Mrs. Emily.
One of my sons (11 years old) has a lot of previous trauma from treatments at another dentist's office. Sometimes he doesn't even want the chair reclined flat and is filled with anxiety for the visit. However, everyone at the Kids Rock Union location was SO kind, understanding, patient and compassionate. Kids Rock is the Disney of Dentistry. We love the vibe, the story, the pkayground... now they just need a children's book and stuffies to buy. (Really...) Mia and Matthew were wonderful and made our experience calm and chill... read more
Very pleasant to work with, fom the moment of walking into the door and walking out. Everything is geared for children and they allowed siblings to tag along. Dr. Carolina and Sara explained everything to me and answered any questions I had.
All of my kids had very pleasant experiences here. The waiting area is phenomenal, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. I'll happily continue to bring my kids to this location
