came all the way down from North Vancouver and the store is closed for no reason. Nobody picking up the phone and literally no any sign for today closure. horrible way of running their business.
There was only one lady working, the place was busy, the food took super long to be ready and it was just frozen food pizza and a couple of burgers, we order the burgers for the kids but there doesn't specify that is not meat in them, it was like a falafel or something which I wish it was specified. The place wasn't exactly spotless. We didn't use the washrooms, so I can review that. Cool place to checkout with your toddler!
I went today for the second time and this time there was one girl working alone and it got quite busy. It was really hard for her to keep up in everyone’s orders and keep the place clean so unfortunately the place was filthy. I felt bad for her being on her own. There was food and garbage sources in the diaper change pad. A battery left in the floor. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽HORRIBLE service!!!!, I got very BAD experience with this place and will NEVER come back. Not even want to give a star for this place. I went to this place while ago with my kid. I ordered chicken wings and a guy who worked there served me the chicken nuggets so I said he gave me the wrong foods, suddenly his unfriendly attitude towards me and tried to blame me that I ordered it which was impossible because my kid is not eating the nuggets.
