My son went for treatment for an ankle injury and the therapist was too rough during her assessment and further aggravated the injury. He left worse off and the therapist had zero manual therapy skills and simply provided an exercise prescription that was next to useless. I contacted the manager to discuss telling her we were unhappy with the treatment and it was detrimental, prior to leaving a review, and asked for a refund and she declined to do the right thing.
Kasha has this magical touch with my son. He listens to her and progresses ever appointment. She's a gem!
Kasha was our physiotherapist, and she was absolutely professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The entire environment was also clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kasha twice now, first with my daughter, and more recently with my son, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her!
