Both of our experiences have been positive.
They said I didn't have coverage when I did even after calling my insurance company which verified my coverage. I brought in my 9 month old son concerned for pneumonia. I am a CRNA and listened to his lungs at home and heard wheezing. The Dr. said she did not hear anything and send us home with no meds. The next day I brought him to my physician and an x-ray later was diagnosed with pneumonia. Horrible service, disregards legit concerns.
