I love how flexible they are, friendly and great with kids. I've been going there for a while and I love it.
Under new management: new owner is extremely anal. Does not like one thing out of place. My kids were told they could not move the chairs out of the "kids corner." They took away the tv's which were there to calm the kids down when they were getting a haircut.
Drinking alcohol on the job. Very poor customer service. Extremely unprofessional behavior by the owner herself. Poorly kept bathroom and overall salon. Salon employees themselves discussing loudly including obscene/fool language in front of and with customers. Treated us very badly as new/potential clients. Horrible experience. Do not recommend at all and we will be taking this matter to higher matters.
Management is extremely rude. I purchased a groupon and was accused of re using it although it was my first visit ever to the salon. The nail lady also used her own nail to push my cuticle and clean edges, not the most sanitary place to top it off.
