They used to be good. They are terrible now. Smarmy triage nurses. Lazy ER nurse. They did an MRI WITHOUT having me remove jewelry, jeans with rivets. The doctors and PAs are insufferable in their arrogance and incompetence.
RecommendedI just have to take a second and thank the AMAZING MEDICAL STAFF here at Northeast Georgia Medical Center. From the nurses to the doctors to the medical staff. I feel like we have spent so much time here from labor and delivery to the NICU and now the ER to surgery. They are all 100% professional.
Admitted now and had the most horrible nurse I have ever experienced last night causing a complete panic attack. He should not be allowed to practice nursing as he is extremely rude and would not leave or get charge nurse when I requested which lead me to going into bathroom to escape him and calling for help on my cell phone
RecommendedI cannot say enough good about this facility. Our first visit for surgery for my son who was in an accident. Dr. Justin Barrett and his associate, Cynthia Brand were great! The staff, Dena, Stephanie, Loretta, Cynthia were responsive and caring. I don’t know who the anesthesiologist was but John did fine. I sat there 8 hrs and witnessed the same caring attitude toward the waiting families by the staff and their caregivers. Not one negative or impatient statement was heard. RecommendedThis is my third scan there and I have not one negative thing to say about this place! The people are so caring!!❤️❤️❤️
Be prepared for your child to have to sit in the cafeteria or outside by themselves if you have an appointment. Was never told that you couldn't have anyone with you.
RecommendedThey were very good to me from the start of me coming in the front and in the back where they went above my expectations and ordered tests to make sure everything looked normal. I had a great male nurse who was so sincere and listened which i really appreciate! Nothing worse than being treated bad when you already don’t feel good. I have never experienced a headache and chest pain so bad i had to go to the ER! They took good care of me and made sure i was ok before they sent me home!
