I have moved from Phoenix and transferred documents from the Phoenix peditritian to this location. The office lost my daughter's history on top of the new visits information at their own location. The staff are ditzy and can't seem to just verify insurance correctly. I've had to do their job for them. Even when it comes to diagnosing. Why they are in busy I'll never know. I'm moving my kids to a new pediatrician because of how lazy the doctor and staff are.
