I eye-witnessed some aggressive behavior of a KidsKab driver the other day in Cupertino. A Kids Kab van was trying to get out of a a parking lot and sticked the van out too much and got into the road before it had its turn to come out to the main road. One car passing by on the main road has warned the driver by honking and I saw the Kids Kab driver honked back aggressively and following that car and kept honking for a while. Our daughter has reached the point where her activities require her to be more mobile after school and our work schedule precludes us from shuttling her around. Kids Kab has been a great option for us. We tried one ride and my daughter said the driver was prompt and very kind and sweet to her. She felt safe which is very important to us. Thank you to Kids Kab for helping us to bridge this mobility gap until she can drive herself. We have now signed up for the rest of the school year.
My kids have been using KidsKab 2-3 times a week for over 7 years (since my daughter was around 7 years old - she is now 14). We have never had an instance where a driver didn't show up, and they are almost always on time. If they aren't going to be on time, I always get a call from Liz (the owner), Monica (the manager) or the current driver.
