We have been with Kids in Motion for several years, and while there have been many positives, there are also areas that need improvement. The turnover rate for therapists is very high, which suggests possible issues with management, communication, or workplace culture. I do not blame the therapists for leaving—no one wants to work in a hostile or unsupportive environment—but it does create a major setback in care for families when we constantly have to start over with new therapists. My son is speech delayed and love how professional and nice everyone is .He does 30 minute sessions twice a week . All the speech therapist are amazing and work hard with the children .You can tell they love what they do . He has been going for a good six months and has made great improvements . Unfortunately we have new Insurance and will have to find a new place .
Very helpful staff who are well-trained. They also have fantastic playrooms to help kids acclimate. The only issue is that it’s very challenging to get appointments because they are booked up!
