Five Star on the Baby toys and gadgets. Been using this brand sold at Walmart/Target for 4 years now. Never let me down. I have not had to call customer service FYI
Do not waste your time calling these people or emailing. No one in this company is on the same page. 3 different people told me different procedures for me to receive a replacement swing for something that came to me defective. It didn’t matter I am having a baby this week and need a replacement swing asap. They all went out there way to waste my time telling me to take pictures of receipt, product and boxes and still told me at the end that they would not be sending me anything. This company deserves 0 stars. I bought via Walmart and a piece was missing, my wife sent pics and called up. No response. No service and they have 2 messages on their phone. Either you they’re out to lunch or there at a team meeting. I don’t know how they expect to keep customers!
