My son has been with Dr Duraisamy since his diagnosis in 2018/2019. Wonderful paediatrician and do highly recommend him! The customer service from the admin staff though? Horrendous. I sent an email back in December, its now February and I still havent had any reply. This is despite sending now multiple follow up emails and a phone call with the rudest girl who 100% has NOT followed up with the email. She confirmed she received the email! Very disappointed with this paediatric clinic. My twins were referred here through Campbelltown Hospital at birth and I had all the necessary follow-up appointments. I requested an appointment for a follow-up to my twins original condition from birth. It has been three months and crickets. As the other reviews say, the doctors do their job but the admin stuff, or lack of admin staff means emails and phone calls go unanswered and babies are missed. Can I just say how incredibly happy & pleased that I am to have found Kids Health Space. I had to wait a while for an appointment like most paediatricians but was put on a cancellation waiting list & was lucky enough that an appointment became available the very next day. My 2 year old daughters appointment went amazingly, Dr. Kumi didn’t make me feel rushed at all & listened patiently to every question that I had. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. The worst paediatrician in the area. Dr Prasad, doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls like she said she would, first contact was 6/11 and I’ve made several after that about my sons medication. still no response, save yourself and find a paediatrician who genuinely cares about children’s wellbeing, because she isn’t it.

Disappointed with the customer service. I initially left a review regarding poor communication after multiple emails, phone calls, and ongoing delays in receiving a document I had requested over a week ago. I was told Dr Kumar was too busy to respond, yet had time to contact me about the review I left, which I later deleted in good faith to give them the benefit of the doubt. To this day, I have not received a response from him after yet multiple follow ups. So disappointed!
