Amazing doctors and customer service
I had booked a consultation for my son and was waiting for months for it, only to be called a week prior to be told that the doctor could not attend and they were rescheduling the appointment for another 2 months later. Again, a few days before the new appointment I had missed a call from them by 10 seconds and immediately called them back and i’m still on hold over an hour later, absolutely ridiculous, completely unprofessional, and just the consultation itself is $300.
