Staff is really nice and polite. Dr Durasamy is fantastic.
Absolutely devastated about this clinic. No email response, no phone response whatsoever. I felt like the doctor would give me any medication or diagnosis I ask for. We were given a medication and advised a follow up call in one week. No call received. Instead a email was written no one could be reached and we had no missed called and called back immediately and emailed back , no answer. 2 months and 6 emails with “urgent” in the subject line. Dr Kumar, has looked after my youngest since she was 6weeks old, she is now three. I would recommend him to everyone! She has a very rough year with many hospital stays, and he would see her both in hospital and at their offices. Amazing. Yes, there is some days where he is running late, but he is looking after other children - it can be an inconvenience, but there really isnt another dr I would have look after my daughter
I took my son to see Dr Jiwane and found him to be amazing. He was very informative, knowledgeable and explained not only to me but also ensured my son knew what the issue was. Highly recommend.
They do not take phone calls at all. As in, they quite literally do not answer the phone. I've sent two emails to have my daughter seen as a new patient and received no response. What a weird way to run a business.
