DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Staff is completely incompetent. We had called to schedule an appointment and were given a date and time. We arrived and were told they didn't schedule the appointment and it wasn't confirmed. Then they said we can have the nurse see him quickly (my son) only for a few minutes later to be told she wouldn't be seeing us. All we got were nasty looks, rude and bad attitude.

We had high expectations for Kids First Pediatrics based on the reviews, but unfortunately the staff did not meet those expectations. My son was experiencing labored breathing and a persistent cough, yet it took over a month before the doctor finally ordered a swab test, which revealed a bacterial infection requiring antibiotics. Even after that, the staff failed to send out his prescription, leaving him without the medication he urgently needed. We love Dr. Cruz and her staff! We’ve been seeing her since my son was born in 2020! I recommend her to everyone that needs a pediatrician for their kids!
