I’ve taken 4 grandchildren there for lessons and have taken water aerobics. Loved it all.
We absolutely love Thane, Anna, & Melissa. Everyone there is super friendly but these three have been with us consistently throughout Our sons first true year of swimming. He is doing extremely well and would highly recommend this facility.
Do you think a child who is spitting pool water in another child's face or punching another child in the stomach while in the pool during class should be allowed to sign up for another session of classes? This recently happened with my child at this location and I feel they really disregarded what I told them and are doing absolutely nothing about it after we explained to them exactly what happened and my child screamed “STOP!” three times for him to stop, other people should know.
Full of disappointment😔my 3 yr was having a great experience at first swim his 1st 2 sessions. The front desk Antoinette was great and his great instructors Anna and Destiny. They knew him by name and everyone worked as a team. He had started his next session and the new instructor is very inexperienced and look as if she working with no guidance and not working on the things he had already been taught. I recommend starting them early...signed my granddaughter up at 6 months of age and after her second session, she kicks, splashes and absolutely loves the bonding time with her mommy!! Love watching her get so excited!!
