Took forever for the company to finally get back about them reopening, and now it looks like we may not even get our refund back. 😡
We signed up for classes for 2 kids back in March. Obviously, the classes didn’t happen. That’s understandable. However, in the past couple of months i have gotten the run around from them regarding when classes might resume and getting a refund for my classes paid for. No one answers the phone. The PM just has an auto response. Corporate email isn’t responded to. Plus i have the email for the regional manager- she doesn’t respond either. Don’t waste your time and money.
My son has been taking swim lessons at Kids First Swim School for the past two years. He looks forward to his swim lesson each week. I love the small class sizes and the daytime classes. Works perfectly with our schedule.
Both my kids have come such a long way since starting swim lessons here (about two months ago). My son came here two months ago knowing how to doggie paddle and that’s about it, now he’s perfecting his kicking and getting ready for the next steps. My daughter could swim on top of the water and she’s learning the breast stroke now. Great staff patient and knowledgeable!
Love this place! Both of my boys are autistic and have been swimming here weekly for just over a year. Everyone has been so patient and kind with my boys. Brian at the front desk is always helpful when greeting us and booking our next session. Julian their instructor had been so patient and understanding for my boys. Can’t recommend this place enough!
My kids are really enjoying swim lessons here. Great instructors and they're having fun.
My daughter has been taking classes at Kids First for a few months, and she has made so much progress! Her coaches, Coach Mackenzie and Coach Jack, are positive and supportive.
My daughter loves going to her swim class, everyone there is very nice and helpful. Her instructor, Jessica, is very patient and is excellent with the kids. This is an awesome place to bring your kids to learn how to swim at their own pace!
