Two of my girls and I have been taking lessons here. We all came terrified of water and within just a few lessons the girls were begging to go back and on my first lesson I was swimming! Staff is amazing, building is clean and well kept, teachers are terrific ❤️
I love this location and Bree the Assistant Manager is a great help. We signed up here when our daughter was 18 months old and have been here and Bowie. Personally, we like this location better. Our daughter is now 8, so we have been coming for quite a long time. Great classes for the prices. Thank you Bree for making sign up so easy and friendly. Bowie staff is not as friendly.
My Registration Or Enrolling my Daughter with one Lady at front Desk was Rude look like she dont care about business ,I have a Question and she dont have Answers I think she need to be remove it front the front Desk Other them that my child enjoy and like the swimming class very professional I give a #10 Five Stars ☆☆☆☆☆
My son Noah had a wonderful time in this swim class. It was the third class he has taken at Kids Swim but the first at the Columbia location. The facility was very clean, the staff was very nice and incredibly patient with the kids, and my son's swimming skills greatly improved over the six weeks. We highly recommend kids first!!!
Well, I just registered my son in Jessup branch. At the desk we were given the weekend pass for the family to come. AND the reception lady told us we can bring a friend with us. I was wondering how much the pool would be crowded for kids to swim if families bring 'friends' too so I called to ask them. The manager said thats not true I shouldn't have been told that in the first place. Instead of being sorry and apologizing for their own mismanagement, the way she was talking was really rude. Our boys (5 & 9) are doing semi private lessons with Destiny and they LOVE it. She's so great with them and they've come leaps and bounds in just one session!
We have been going to this location for about a year and my 4yr old daughter loves it! We really like the instructors and staff. My daughter just had her birthday party here and everyone had a wonderful time!
