We love the Kids First Swim School at the Columbia location! My kids have been coming to this location since they were 3 years old. The coaches are very patient and really encourage them to make progress.
Problems with the guard not being on the pool deck during open swim. Guards bringing their children with them to work unclean restrooms and showers. All issues were eventually resolved, but only after I took my complaints to the district manager. Sw at open swim for 14 weeks before anyone said that we needed to be paying for it Swimmer was supposed to evaluated at lesson five. Of the seven month of lessons, that only happened once. Awesome place and my child has excelled in swimming.
My daughter has taken two sessions and she has learned a lot and had gained a lot of confidence. I recommend kids first swim wholeheartedly.
Absolutely wonderful! 3rd time here and Elias just took my son under. He jumped back in with him. Just in awe of the service here. Other instructors were amazing as well!

This is a good start to build a swimming my daughter has learned a lot being never having an lessons before. She has learned a lot and has gotten comfortable with the water I highly recommend this school
Full of disappointment😔my 3 yr was having a great experience at first swim his 1st 2 sessions. The front desk Antoinette was great and his great instructors Anna and Destiny. They knew him by name and everyone worked as a team. He had started his next session and the new instructor is very inexperienced and look as if she working with no guidance and not working on the things he had already been taught. My son has been a swimmer at this school for almost 2 years. He started out not putting his face in the water and with the help of amazing staff he is now not afraid of water and progressing as a swimmer. The staff is great with my child and really make it feel like a second home rather than just a place to take lessons from the instructors to the receptionist we are very pleased with our experience and time here.
