I am incredibly saddened that I have to leave this Pediatric Office and Dr Sashidhar who has been an excellent provider to all 3 of my children. The front office inadequacy unfortunately outweighs just how amazing the Doctors are. For my baby's last three appointments the office staff has made me call my insurance to get a reference number to ensure that I no longer carry my daughter on a separate additional insurance. Avoid this place they don’t know what they’re doing is a joke wish I could give 0 start
My son has been seeing Dr. Sashidar since he was born. She is the best pediatrician, very attentive, alert and always willing to find resources. I’m ready to have my next baby so she can care for them as well!
I have been with Dr. Sashidar for 14 years, will forever feel she is a wonderful physician. Sadly the office staffing is terrible. To schedule an appointment has become impossible. The phone system they are using throws you into a voicemail after holding for over 20mins and being "first call" to be answered. Something has to give to provide better service. Especially when you have a sick child.
