My family has had an amazing experience with this pediatric office. The doctors and staff are always friendly, caring, and genuinely invested in my children’s health. They take the time to listen to our concerns, never make us feel rushed, and always make sure we understand any treatment plans or recommendations. Awful experience. When my 5-week-old fell off a changing table onto a hard floor and hit his head, this practice showed very little concern. It happened first thing in the morning, and we were told a nurse would call us back. An hour passed with no call. When we called again and asked if he could be seen, given that he was only a month old and had hit his head, we were told they couldn’t fit him in at all that day and to simply monitor the bump. I was very disappointed with my experience at this pediatrician’s office. As a parent, I believe in being actively involved in my child’s healthcare decisions, including having informed discussions about vaccines. Unfortunately, when I expressed that I did not wish to follow the office’s full vaccine schedule, we were denied care altogether.
