My son has been here since a new born he's 7 now in beginning it was great but now it's terrible you cannot get anyone to answer the phone I've been calling for 2 days I only get the answering service this is ridiculous I'm over them I will be looking for better services elsewhere ASAP !
Yesterday I had the worst experience with my 2 year old son because the nurse (Kenethia) was disrespectful, pedantic and racist towards me and my 2 year old son.
