I recommend staying away from Stephanie. Otherwise, friendly, and I’ve never had a bad experience with any other Doctor
Everybody was so nice and the nurse practitioner, Mrs Maura, was incredible! It was our first visit getting established and we are happy with our choice!
My 4 year old loves the staff here. He sees Dr. Dennis Basila, MD. He is wonderful and has a great bedside manner. All the doctors here are wonderful. The nurses here are great, and ensure that your child is comfortable when they are sick. The receptionists work with your schedule when you make an appointment. The waiting area is kid friendly as well. Thank you all and keep up the good work!!
They are good at wellness checks but if it’s something more than that, it’s a guessing game and not a very confident guessing game. The drs and staff are nice. The wait time is ridiculous. And billing department is a JOKE. I sent a payment in (07/2024) and asked for an itemized bill. I never heard back from them or received another statement. Then before my daughter’s checkup (04/2025), they told me I had a balance and they wouldn’t see her until paid. I understand on paying your bills but I never heard back from them for 9 ... read more
The nurses and staff are always friendly and nice. The doctors are quick and efficient... But every single time we have to get a prescription for our kids it takes over an hour. That's not exaggerated. If it wasn't for that problem or if the problem was infrequent. I would have reviewed higher. I don't know why It always takes so long to have it called in but I'm tired of waiting at a pharmacy parking lot for an hour every time we need to pick up a prescription. Before you ask.
