The nurses and staff are always friendly and nice. The doctors are quick and efficient... But every single time we have to get a prescription for our kids it takes over an hour. That's not exaggerated. If it wasn't for that problem or if the problem was infrequent. I would have reviewed higher. I don't know why It always takes so long to have it called in but I'm tired of waiting at a pharmacy parking lot for an hour every time we need to pick up a prescription. Before you ask. Kids First Pediatrics has the best staff ever! They take their time with each child and really get to know the families of their patients! I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my boys too!
My husband took our daughter there for a walk in visit today for an ear infection. The office and staff were very nice. They sent the orders to the pharmacy super quick and even gave my daughter a popsicle and t-shirt! We were impressed with the service and will now be making a permeant switch to this office.
I have taken all my kids there and they are amazing! My youngest hates people touching her and talking to her but they were able to get everything they needed done! The doctors and nurses are great people!
