Excellent customer service
We like this place very much! They are always nice and helpful and so amazing with kids!
We used to absolutely LOVE this place…the recent update, however, of Dr. Gil no longer being at the practice is a huge loss. Dr. Gil is the best pediatrics dentist, bar none…ALWAYS kind and professional with the best bedside manner. Everyone on the administration side is truly wonderful, as well as most of the staff. They go above and beyond to make it a great experience for our precious kiddos. Again though, with Dr Gil no longer being there, it’s not the same. Had a great experience. I’d give 10 stars if I could. From the greeting at the check in, everything felt more calm and prepared than my previous pediatric dental office. Ryan was great with calming my daughter down. He was super patient with allowing her to get to a state where she was ready to start the treatment. My daughter has had a tough time with going to the dentist. She hated getting X-rays. But she had the best experience getting her “pictures” taken. Dr Matt was phenomenal. I absolutely adore Kids First Pediatric Dentist! It’s such a wonderful place to take your children. The staff genuinely cares about promoting dental hygiene among kids, and the environment is so warm and welcoming. It's a truly fantastic place for kids!
