Seen Dr Felicia today for my child. And she is such a kind pediatrition. So understanding. You tell her concerns, there is no judgement. She listen she helps and she is there to help your kid. The name is true. KIDS FIRST ! and that what she did. She makes you feel so comfortable. Im so happy with her outcome we will continue seeing her on my child's health journey ! 10/10. Thr receptionist were so patient and understanding aswell

Dr Felicia is incredibly friendly, professional, and wonderful with my daughters. She uniquely empowers them by encouraging the girls to speak for themselves during appointments. She is thorough with communication, always providing clear updates from blood tests and confidently referencing previous results to track their progress. We feel completely safe and well-informed under her care.

Our experience was horrible, we saw Dr Nounu and she was so dismissive of our experience. She blamed us for the way our child is behaving even though they are on the NDIS, doing multiple therapies, and have been told by a psychologist, and OT they believe he has ASD with a PDA profile. We will never come back again, both of us were so upset and we didn’t even leave with what we wanted which was a referral for assessment for both adhd and ASD.

Dr Felicia Letlole is absolutely amazing ! She is so calm and thorough with her approach. Has gone above and beyond to explain things to me. My son has recently been diagnosed level 3 autism and with the overload of information being overwhelming, Dr Letlole has ensured patience and empathy the entire way through. She has provided me information and steps in so many ways . 100% recommend
