We saw Dr Hannah for the first time today, and we left our appointment feeling so relieved that someone was truly willing to listen to us about our child after so many negative experiences elsewhere. She spent a full hour understanding our concerns and made us feel genuinely heard and supported. It was such a refreshing experience, and we’re so grateful to have found her.
Fantastic Paediatrician , who is very thorough and listens to all your concerns . Guided us through the steps and support available for my son . I also really appreciated how detailed and prompt her clinical letter was, which made follow-up care much easier to manage and gave me confidence moving forward. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated Paediatrician.
Dr Letlole is great. My issue is the receptionist. I called today and kindly asked for a copy of my son’s xray results to get further treatment of issues he is having. I obviously inconvenienced the receptionist by asking this with the huffing and puffing and bad attitude I got on the phone. It’s bad enough when you have sick kids but calling to get some help by people who work with sick kids and their parents and being fronted with a bad attitude and like I’ve asked for something out of her job description is quite disheart... read more
I need to start by saying the lovely lady at reception really made me smile.. Dr Felica is awesome, she really wanted to know my daughters history and find out everything she could. Dr Felicia didn't just speak with us but also our daughter and I really loved that ... I have a 10year old with ASD level 2 plus other diagnosis and I have been dealing with paediatricians for 7 years and never once have we walked out and my child says mummy can we keep Dr Felicia I like her ...
