Very kid friendly. Everyone has always been pleasant, informative, and easy to work with.
My daughter is 5 yrs old and not scared because everyone is so polite and explains what they are doing! All of the staff was wonderful! The girl was very good with her and did a great job cleaning her teeth! She also made my daughter feel comfortable and explained to her what each thing was and told her everything she was going to do before hand.
