Our visit was very disappointing at Kids First Dental!! We scheduled a same-day appointment at the new location on 655 Saint Andrews Rd Ste 8 Columbia, SC 29210 but upon arrival, the doctor tried to cancel or turn us away because she was running behind. (Coordinate with your staff if you don't want to work after a certain hour)! Of course delays happen, patients SHOULD NOT be made to feel like an inconvenience for showing up to a CONFIRMED appt. Front desk was five stars today and I loved the dental assistant Kasiah! She truly was the best to me! I was in an out in less than an hour.
Very nice and they educate you and friendly <3
Staff was wonderful with my son and the Dr. was very knowledgeable.
