Phones down updating software twice i got this message in the past 2 months. Your software is not the issue! You don't return phone calls! I have been calling for weeks, I had to stop in the office a week & half ago in order to get any kind of attention to my issue and was told something that I should have been told weeks ago, but no one bothered to call me back over 3 weeks of calling and leaving messages! Well, the receptionist has been very nice & helpful the times I've been there with my child. Today I brought my child for filling I meet a new condescending dentist wanted to leave the room while he worked. I understand some practices have that policy but here it has never happened til today. Asking why since I've never had to before telling since Covid.... Dude you had no signs & only two people with masks(below their mouth). And proceeding to tell me "not with me" doesn't fly with this parent. My child even said when asked... read more
Call to make an appointment for my daughter was told there was nothing available until May of this year. I receive a called due to cancelation. I was given an appointment for September 9th at 3 pm. When I got there the receptionist stated my daughter could not get her teeth cleaned because the doctor leaves at 3 pm. She stated she called and spoke to me to change the time which was a lie. Please hire people who really want a job and knows how to do it.
