Very unprofessional, do not go in order based on your appointment time , if you have a 10am appointment you will not be seen until 2 hours after your appointment time. When you ask the rude receptionist when you will be seen she said the children who came in after you will be seen first 🤔 confused on how this place operates. Keep booking more and more people for money with poor customer service ; and an extremely crazy wait time & small waiting room .
my daughters first optometrist visit went extremely well she had a great visit and was very pleased with the dr .
