This place was so great! They got us in and out in literally under half an hour which is crazy for an urgent care! We didn’t even have an appointment we just walked in for my baby’s eye infection. The nurse and doctor were both so sweet and kind. Great experience!
I checked online before leaving my house, all spots were filled for the night but walk-ins welcomed. We arrived before 8pm and the entire building was shut down. Very disappointed. Went to the urgent care by Dorothy Lane , to be treated. Thankfully they were opened and very quick. Usually have a great experience at this kids express location , I just don't understand how they can close before operating hours.
Extremely slow. Waited 2 hours to be seen with a toddler was a nightmare and there was only 1 other people in the waiting room when we arrived. I can’t imagine what possible was taking so long.
