Only patients in the building. Appt was at 340. Waited in the room until 430 to be seen. Unacceptable.
Leaving 3 stars because we had an appointment at noon. There was a walk in at the desk before me signing in. They didn’t have an appointment, the lobby also had quite a few people in it. The issue is, I could understand if the walk in was here and there was an available room before and the person with the appointment hadn’t arrived yet. But if we are all waiting in the lobby, you’d think the person with the appointment would be priority when a room opens. It’s 1pm, it’s been an hour. This place is a HIT or MISS. If you don’t schedule a save your spot be prepared to wait long times.
Wonderful location; they were able to squeeze my daughter in on a busy Sunday morning full of appointments. The PA on staff was so nice, very thorough and went above and beyond to rule out all of our concerns. Staff was very helpful and courteous. 10/10
My grandson had sore throat and coughing then woke with rash on face that spread to body. There had been strep in his school and we suspect Scarlett fever. The dr on call dismissed that idea and did a culture which takes 2 days. Meanwhile he is getting worse and rash spreading so his mom called his Dr and was instructed to go back for a rapid which came back positive.
