We saw Milena Menchaca. I would not recommend her or this location. The other staff were great. But she made me feel rushed and my daughter was clearly nervous. She made condescending remarks. She clearly doesn’t know how to speak to children and make them feel comfortable. I’ve also had other issues at this location in the past. It is not worth it.
Only patients in the building. Appt was at 340. Waited in the room until 430 to be seen. Unacceptable.
Leaving 3 stars because we had an appointment at noon. There was a walk in at the desk before me signing in. They didn’t have an appointment, the lobby also had quite a few people in it. The issue is, I could understand if the walk in was here and there was an available room before and the person with the appointment hadn’t arrived yet.
