I came here for the first time and loved that everyone, even the adults, have to take their shoes off. I also loved the toddler section they set aside for the littles. The environment felt safe and the kids had a blast! There was nothing torn or broken which was amazing, and when we left, our socks were not black at the bottom which means it not only looked clean but was clean I love that they honor the "all day pass" we left to eat lunch then came right back!
